Tenkay Electronics Ltd has been producing cable harness assemblies in excess of 27 years. Whether your requirements are at prototype levels or at full production levels our cable harness assemblies production team will be able to meet your requirements.

By applying automated processes wherever possible, we are able to provide you with terminations that have been produced in a continuous manner. Please refer to Automated Wire preparation section for further details.

Cable HarnessTenkay produce harnesses of varying shapes and sizes for a multitude of sectors. We can provide you with loose harness to be incorporated on site or already encased within their enclosures.

All looms are produced to supplied drawings and are assembled on boards, shaping to your design for easy installation.

All cable harness assemblies produced by Tenkay Electronics Ltd are tested to customer specifications and our own in house inspection using automated test equipment (A.T.E.). Included in inspection naturally, are insulation flash test, short circuit and continuity test.
