The PowerWAVE 9500DPA is the latest edition to KUP's high power range. A 500kW UPS with individual 100kW modules, the PowerWAVE 9500DPA is designed with high efficiency and maximum flexibility at its core. The PowerWAVE 9500DPA has two dimensional scalability; it can be scaled vertically in 100kW modular steps to provide up to 500kW of power in a single frame. In addition, up to 6 frames can set up in parallel to also provide horizontal scalability up to 3MW. With a true online efficiency of up to 96%, and >=99% when run in eco-mode, the PowerWAVE 9500DPA is class-leading, helping to reduce the organisation's carbon footpring & reduce running costs. Advanced Decentralised Parallel Architecture (DPA) means each module contains all the hardware & software required for full system operation, offering extremely high availability (six nines). Modules can be safely replaced whilst the system is still online, without risk to the critical load, reducing mean time to repair. With a footprint of just 1.49m2, the PowerWAVE 9500DPA delivers a power density of just 335kW/m2, maximising valuable floor space within a data centre for revenue-earning servers.
