Electro-PJP 1061-S DIY 4mm Retractable Sleeve Banana Plug The 1061-S Universal Retractable Sleeve 4 mm Banana (male) Plug with Solder Wire Attachment. The spring-loaded sleeve improves safety and is typically used in higher voltage applications.  Thanks to its retractable sleeve, this plug can fit all 4 mm banana (female) sockets and jacks.
