Testec TT-SX-9001 Active Differential Probe 30MHz x10/ x100 The Testec TT-SX-9001 x10/ x100 Differential Probe extends the measurement capability of standard earth ground oscilloscopes to measure floating signals up to 700V. These applications include testing and measuring electronic power converters, inverters, motor speed controls, switch mode power supplies, and many other applications including testing components within an Electric or Hybrid vehicle. This active probe can be used with any oscilloscope that has a 1 MΩ BNC female input and features up to 30 MHz of bandwidth. The probe can be powered by any oscilloscope USB port, internal batteries (4 AA batteries, not included), or mains power adapter.
