Winslow Adaptics TO518001D - TO5 Straight Through or Spreads to TO18 Supplied in Packs of 100. MoQ 100 units.  The TO518001D is an insulating bush for mounting transistors with a TO5/TO18 case style. It gives mechanical support to the device, acts as an anti-moisture trap and provides insulation between the device and board.   The 4 hole configuration has a 9.27 mm (0.365") diameter, height of 3.81 mm (0.15") and PCD measurement of  5.08mm (0.2") Made from 30% Glass Filled PBT UL94V-0 Black View the datasheet for further specification details.
