Silicone Filled Expanded Monel

Silicone Filled Expanded Monel is manufactured using expanded monel foil which is filled with silicone rubber. With a correctly designed gasket and closing force applied, the silicone allows for good environmental sealing whilst the monel foil provides the electromagnetic shielding. Silicone Filled Expanded Monel are suitable for using on any surface that has a joint unevenness of up to 0.10mm. When designing gaskets using Silicone Filled Expanded Monel it is important that the width of gasket wall should be no less than 2mm.
