Vacuum test chambers
Extreme programmes can be simulated as required by the various industry standards.Utilising the best controllers available, temperature, humidity and pressure are controlled to high levels of accuracy.
Automatic oil recycling into the vacuum system prevent pollutions of the room and lowers operating costs.
We also offer specially designed vacuum equipment including drive in vacuum test systems for exhaust gas emission tests on internal combustion engines.
Test chamber sizes and working areas adapted to specific requirements.
The vacuum-temperature and vacuum-climate test chambers WT/D and WK/D enable reproducible tests of highly stressed materials. Our chambers allow the simulation of extreme programmes in accordance with the relevant standards.
Evacuation is effected by the vacuum system, in which the test space atmosphere is diluted continuously until it reaches the required vacuum. Temperature changes under vacuum are also possible using a radiated conditioning system in the test chamber wall.
When the cabinet is operating under vacuum conditions there s no air insode the test chamber and so it is not possible to change the temperature. The only possibility is to have a conditioning system (Heating/cooling) built into the inside walls of the test chamber. The heat/cold is then radiated into the test chamber when there is no air inside the test chamber. This is not a standard fitting but an optional accessory for the Vacuum chambers.
Our vacuum test chambers start as small as 177 litres going upto 1350 litres.
Constancy of temperature in time 15% to 95% RH (between 10°C and 95°C)
Temperature range -70°C to +100°C
Humidity range 1mbar to atmospheric pressure
