KYZEN EARNS ITS 10TH SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD FOR SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

KYZEN announced today that it has been honored with the 2017 Circuits Assembly Service Excellence Award (SEA) in the category of Cleaning/Processing for its outstanding customer ratings, as judged by its own customers. This marks KYZEN’s tenth Service Excellence Award, and is a direct result of KYZEN’s philosophy of putting its customers first – no matter what. KYZEN’s Global Segment Leader, Electronics, Sherry Stepp, commented: “We’ve won more than 50 industry excellence awards globally so far – and we are honored by each and every one. However, this award truly speaks to the heart of KYZEN, as it does to my own heart, because customers decided, rated and named us superior in care and service. That’s real world validation that KYZEN truly is where science and care converge.” Circuits Assembly Editor-in-Chief, Mike Buetow presented the award to KYZEN’s Executive Vice President, Tom Forsythe during a ceremony on Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017 at the San Diego Convention Center during the IPC APEX EXPO. Sponsored by Circuits Assembly, the Service Excellence Awards for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers and electronics assembly suppliers honor companies excelling in the crucial area of customer service. The program, now in its 25th year, functions as a way for participants to see how they compare to peers in customer satisfaction. It is awarded based on responses from the actual customers.
