Surface mounted Printed Circuit Board Assembly

Our PCB Surface Mount factory contains four lines, giving us a capacity of almost 140,000 component placements every hour and the flexibility to produce prototypes through to high volume production batch quantities. Line 2 is our newsest acquisition and enables us to be the first Contract Electronics Manufacturer in the UK to be able to offer fully-automated assembly of PCBs up to 1300mm x 300mm. Our machines are capable of placing down to 01005 packages as well as BGAs and fine pitch devices. We have a humidity and temperature controlled component storage chamber for storing moisture sensitive components.
