There is no standard model for project integration.
To find the starting position requires analysis, planning and implementation of the information. Risks however can be managed by using a systematic approach and experience.

A variety of factors can trigger the need for an integration project, which can place different demands on a company. These triggers can include, cross-company consolidations mergers, internal reorganisation, migration of IT systems and not least, business or technology innovations.
