Team Training

Team Enabling is a process for building up expertise in a project-focused way. It enables team members to carry out future projects efficiently on their own. Team Enabling combines customised training courses with project coaching in order to build up practical expertise within the project team. Knowledge is built up based on the team's task and knowledge levels, assuring an the best cost-benefit ratio possible.

The trainer provides on-the-job training and conducts reviews on a regular basis. They also provide basic knowledge about the software development process.
Team Enabling is ideally carried out in along side an actual project for which Zühlke will also take responsibility. This allows for any solutions to develop and satisfies all projects requirements.
