Established in 1987 with a primary focus on optoelectronics manufacturing and distribution, Access Pacific's knowledge and expertise is based upon years of experience in the R&D and marketing departments of well-known UK electronics manufacturers and through the UK base of one of the market leaders in the US.
Initially focussing on the development of custom laser diodes, laser diode drivers and power supplies, manufacturing and distribution of these and standard ranges of optoelectronic products quickly followed, as the company developed into a specialised supplier which has subsequently gained and retained a long term and loyal customer base
Access Pacific's range of customers are drawn from many sectors, including education, research, industry, defence and space. The ability to cater to such a diverse customer base is partly the result of the flexibility which has enabled the company to supply customer-specific products which may require special or alternative manufacture, parameters or packaging. As a result Access Pacific is capable of fielding a broad range of enquiries and supplying both standard and special parts.
