With a history dating back to 1945, the company is privately owned and was acquired by its present owners in 2001.

The company specialises in the aerospace and defence market and other hi-rel markets where the technical requirements are demanding.

With a manufacturing offshoot in Tunisia, the company currently employs over 155 employees from its 4 modern facilities which include a clean room to ISO 14611-4
