The CPR-ZERO is a fully automatic multi-purpose dual-end processing machine with a small footprint and many possibilities. Servo presses are standard on both sides, twist-flux-solder units can be added to the machine, as well as sealing units. A wire pre-feeding unit is built in to improve wire feeding and processing accuracy, and space saving. With outputs of up to 4 000 wires per hour, and reasonable machine price, the cost per wire can be significantly reduced.
