Coto Reed Acquisition

Dear Valued Customer,
It is my pleasure to inform you that The Comus Group of companies has completed the acquisition of Coto
BV, Heerlen, NL. We intend to continue the manufacture of the Coto Reed switches at the Heerlen facility
and we will market the reed switches under the Coto brand name.
It is very important that, if you are currently ordering switches through an Agent, Rep or Distributor that you

continue to do so.
To all our OEMs, Agents, Reps and Distributors in the USA, Canada and South America please place your
orders through our Comus sales office in the USA and for Europe and Asia please place your orders with
the Comus sales office in Belgium for processing. Shipment will be made from Heerlen.All Invoices will be
issued from Comus Belgium and all payments will be to Comus Belgium. Any questions regarding delivery
or pricing should be sent to either Mr.Joe Perez in the USA at jperez@comus-intl.com or Mr.Georg Kemper
in Belgium at g.kemper@comus.be .
