TESSPOD 2820

The Tesspod2820 family of low cost mixed-signal test solutions are designed to test the integrated analog and digital functions which together comprise the growing list of of ICs worldwide. The Tesspod2820 may be configured and easily reconfigured by the user and enables device specific tester configuration matching the test system to device test requirements to achieve the lowest possible cost. Tesspod 2820 is available in 3 formats: Portable - for engineering labs and bench work; Tall - a server which includes the Test Head, the PC, an UPS and also some additional space to mount other rack mount instrumentation. Production - A conventional test head with UPS and PC in a short rack. It can be interfaced to handlers and probers using optional manipulator and docking.
