EMS provider, Daniel Josefsson, credits its staff with providing great value service, from enquiry through to delivery.

Highlighting its ability to provide quality and service, at a competitive price, EMS provider Daniel Josefsson has reached another milestone: it has completed its first order for the USA, to rave reviews from the customer.

Production manager, Richard Corner, said: “We work hard to provide a high level of service for, and co-operation with, our customers and that seems to translate easily in Europe and now America.

Our ongoing investment and staff developments are proving useful in ensuring an efficient, cost effective, manufacturing facility for customers, but it's the service that seems to make a difference. A lot of credit has to go to our staff. They care, they think and they help make improvements, whether that's in the production processes, or even the presentation of the finished goods.”

In a recent project, for example, a simple wiring loom was requested to fit into a cabinet. On a suggestion from one of the team, it was presented in such a way as to minimise the opportunity to make incorrect connections. This halved the time it took their customer to install it and looked much more presentable in the finished article.

DJ's business development manager, Caroline Geoghan, is always keen to learn more about customers' businesses and production requirements. She assesses how DJ can match customer requirements and is happy for customers to visit DJ's production facility to meet the team.
