Company Announcement

The directors of GN systems Ltd would like to announce that Mr. Gerry Russell has retired from the business as of October 31st 2013. Please can you update your records accordingly. This brings us to the end of a 30 year era, during which time we have seen many ups and downs as well as a change in direction for the business. GN systems initially traded as contracting electricians but under Gerry’s guidance and his acceptance of ‘new’ technologies has developed into a company specialising in electronics with a current workforce 31 strong. He has left us able to compete strongly in the market place both locally and nationally. Gerry’s retirement is our loss but organisations such as the Bolton Hospice, Smithills High School Brass Band and the Freemasons with whom he has devoted much of his time will no doubt reap the rewards from the ‘extra’ time his retirement will now allow. We extend our sincere thanks, as well as our best wishes to Gerry on his much deserved retirement.
