Ogier promotes their new professional Digital wireless transmission systems at INTERSEC 2012
17-07-2012
We have continued extending our large Homeland Surveillance Systems that we installed in the Middle East. These systems are highly sophisticated with complex microwave transmission networks and include high specification cameras, control rooms and automatic licence plate recognition systems. These combine into an essential Homeland Surveillance System for monitoring by police and military personnel. We have added to these systems, CCTV Surveillance vans that whilst being manned, include transmission equipment to send signals back to the main Control Centre.
Jacqui Robbins, Marketing Director, and Mark Rainbow, Business Development Manager will be in attendance for the three full days of the show. Jacqui said “This has been an exciting year with complex state-of-the-art export projects to new countries that we have undertaken which were enabled by the reliability and flexibility of our equipment. The equipment continues to be praised by many of the security organisations actively engaged in overt and covert surveillance duties.
“Our continued success in installing complex mobile systems has provided us with the ideal background to design and develop new digital equipped CCTV surveillance van system with transmission equipment for use in war zones and specific applications such as oil field protection. We’re looking to use that knowledge and expertise in providing similar systems into North Africa and the Middle East.”
Ogier not only supply the microwave backhaul for integrated high technology Homeland Surveillance Systems but also the transmission for Track to Train railway systems and broadband wireless equipment for internet access.
Part of the range of Ogier Electronics products will be shown at Intersec 2012 including fixed and mobile, single channel and Point-to-Multipoint digital links. The unique Multichannel Microwave Link, which provides the backbone to large microwave networks by transmitting up to 19 simultaneous, broadcast quality videos together with data and Ethernet will not be on the stand, but will be operating with the users in local systems.
Live demonstrations of the Point-to-Multipoint Digital Link and Mobile-T COFDM Transmission Systems will take place over the three days of the show.
Ogier Electronics Limited can be found in the UK Pavilion in Hall 4, Stand 4-719C.
