Parylene (sometimes known as paralene) is considered by many to be the ultimate conformal coating for the protection of circuit boards, components and surfaces.

Parylene is applied by a vapour process, coatings are truly conformal, of uniform thickness and pinhole-free.

Parylene has excellent barrier properties, is unaffected by solvents, is hydrophobic and biocompatible, and has a low coefficient of friction.

Parylene coatings find applications in the electronic, engineering and medical industries.

Our coating services include cleaning in accordance with IPC-CH-65A and masking prior to coating. In addition to Parylene coating we offer liquid conformal coating, applying acrylic, polyurethane and silicone coatings by spray, dip, hand and gel processes.
