January 2016 We were delighted when the Made in GB Campaign team invited us to exhibit our British made electric actuators on their stand at the Going Global exhibition at Olympia in December. It was Made in Britain’s first Showcase event to include a live broadcast via social media whilst presenting several Made in Britain members’ products at one of the countries leading export trade fairs. The event was really well attended with more than 3000 delegates and their stand was one of the busiest. We shared the stage with other Made in GB members and it was great to hear them explain their UK businesses and see that UK manufacturing is buoyant, diverse, rich and growing. The Made in Britain Campaign goes from strength to strength, with an award-winning marque and an ever-growing membership. Their trademark-protected marque is now used on 1000’s of products (including ours) helping millions of buyers easily identify British-made goods. It’s a not-for-profit campaign which is making a real difference to businesses in the UK.
