Topline was started by Ian Spanswick in 2002 and is based in Milton Keynes. Coming from a background in electronic engineering and electronic component distribution, Topline initially signed semiconductor franchises however, in recent years, we have expanded to working with LED Lighting where the technology has moved forward at a very fast pace.
