Our Regulatory compliance services cover the essential requirements for regulatory compliance across many different industry sectors. Where Regulatory compliance standards are not available, or do not cover all the requirements, we may be able to assist with the completion of a Technical File, assess it and issue a Statement of Regulatory compliance. For example, we are authorised as a notified body to certify products against the Radio, Telecommunication and Terminal equipment Directive, the EU Medical Device Directives, and the EMC Directive.
