Global Plating Company Digs Deep to Give Life Back to Ohio Nature

16-03-2014

SEPTEMBER 2013 Ohio based global selective plating company, SIFCO ASC helped protect the future of the local habitat by rounding up the team from its Cleveland site to help remove thousands of invasive plants which were causing a threat to the area. As part of an initiative to contribute to its local community, SIFCO ASC worked with the Natural Resources staff at Cleveland Metroparks to help remove plants which offered neither shelter nor nutrients to the local animals or insects, merely taking up space or causing damage. The team spent a day out of the office to get their hands dirty and improve the appearance and natural life of the Blue Heron Boardwalk and Ohio & Erie Canal Reservation for the public.
