We are pleased to confirm the successful installation of an additional high speed surface mount line at our Romanian factory.

Commercial Director Bill Green comments:‘ The new high speed configuration includes a Topaz-X pick & place machine with a DEK Infinity screen printer and can handle a wide range of components at speeds of up to 18,000 SMD’s per hour. The Topaz-X is built around a very rigid, vibration free frame for improved accuracy and long term stability and is perfectly suited to round the clock production.The new machine is completely compatible with our existing Assembleon pick & place machines installed at our factory sites and provides the added advantage of being able to handle components down to 0201. We believe our existing and future customers will see will this investment as demonstrating our continuing commitment to providing them with scalable, high quality PCB Assembly services, with the potential of high yield production runs and built in redundancy across our manufacturing sites.’
