Conformal coating

Conformal coating is a varnishing process for pcb assemblies that protects against thermal extremes, moisture and chemical attack. Our use of Conformal coating with UV trace guarantees the integrity of the seal and it can be applied by an immersion or selective coating process. We commonly use Humiseal 1B32, an acrylic based material that is widely accepted as an industry standard for Conformal coating.
