Our recently added range of inductive sensors and capacitive proximity sensors has enabled us to offer a collection of sensors that covers the widest spectrum of uses. Our inductive sensors are capable of detecting any ferrous metal and the capacitive proximity sensors will detect any material, with both finding uses in everything from elevators and escalators to production lines and assembly plants, where the detection of movement is required without the need for moving parts. This range of proximity sensors is sealed in either chrome plated brass housings or plastic ABS, and to a variety of threads from M5 to M30.

As part of our range of reed switches, we offer everything from high voltage and mercury based reed switches to the latest ultra-micro dry reed switches. With common applications including automotive and medical use, security sensors and robotics too, reed switches are a highly effective and economic solution where a non-touch solution is required. With Comus Europe’s dry reed switches we can offer a variety of customisation options too, including cutting, cropping, bending and more.
