NMI welcomes CoreTest as full member

CoreTest Technologies Limited is now a full member of the MNI (National Microelctronics Institute). NMI a association for semiconductor electronics and systems manufacture and research.

Dr David Burrows said in the forward to the 2009/10 annual report 'First and foremost we've enhanced our mission, which is now to lead the development of a world-class sustainable UK based microelectronics manufacturing, device and systems design community providing a compelling value proposition for our members. As you'll see, this encompasses more than just microelectronics. 2009 has therefore been a year of transition for the NMI from pure microelectronics into electronics and electronic systems. Our membership is all the richer for it. As well as extending our reach, we've strengthened our core through the creation of the NMI Design Advisory Board (NDAB). Complementing our Fab Advisory Board, the NDAB acts as counsel and overseer to the main board, advising on activities in the design community.'
