Semiconductor ATE - Tessolve

Tessolve, a supplier of semiconductor test services, has appointed CoreTest Technologies to sell their products and services in Europe. Tessolve offer a complete range of services, Loadboard & Probe Card design & manufacture; Test Programming & De-Bug; Test using Teradyne, Agilent, LTX and in-house TESSPOD; Package Design; Failure Analysis; Reliability Testing. Chris Rogalski said "The addition of Tessolve completes the range of products and services available from CoreTest Technologies. We can now offer everything from test sockets to Semiconductor ATE and a test service. We are truely a one-stop-shop." The TESSPOD 2820 is a low cost ATE based on a PXI rack for industry standard instruments and 3XI rack for custom instruments to extend its capabilities.
