ROLEC’s range of suspension arms now includes three high-quality models: profiPLUS 70 for payloads up to 120 kg, profiPLUS 50 for loads up to 80 kg, and taraSMART for equipment weighing just over 40 kg.

These modular suspension arm systems – all with IP 54 protection – are designed for industrial electronics applications such as HMIs, process automation, machine control, IoT/IIoT, and smart factory environments.

Each system offers a broad selection of couplings, adaptors, joints, elbows, bases and support profiles, allowing designers to quickly and easily configure the perfect suspension arm for their application. All three models provide ample internal space for routing HDMI or DVI cables, or network connectors.

The robust profiPLUS 70 and profiPLUS 50 models are particularly well-suited for use with ROLEC’s advanced multiPANEL and profiPANEL HMI/panel enclosures. Both benefit from a patented 'one screw adjustment' system, which significantly speeds up installation. Integrated cable protection ensures that internal wiring remains secure and shielded.

profiPLUS 70 also includes an adaptor that allows it to connect to profiPLUS 50, enabling compatibility with HMI panels from major manufacturers such as Siemens, B&R and Beckhoff.

taraSMART offers a more streamlined and cost-effective alternative, built on the proven engineering of the profiPLUS range. It is available with either round (Ø48 mm) or rectangular support profiles.

All three suspension arm systems are manufactured with anodised aluminium profiles. The diecast aluminium components are finished in light grey (RAL 7035), with anthracite (RAL 7016) PVC-P bellows and slate grey (RAL 7015) POM covers. taraSMART’s plastic components are also finished in anthracite (RAL 7016).

ROLEC offers full customisation across the suspension arm range. Services include CNC machining, bespoke colours, printing or engraving of legends and logos, EMC shielding, and full assembly.
