ROLEC’s technoBOX plastic enclosures are now available with a selection of accessories, including front plates, hinges, case feet, mounting plates, supporting rails, cable glands, and external mounting brackets that can be rotated by 90°.

The technoBOX range (IP 66 rated) is ROLEC’s most cost-effective plastic enclosure, offering reliable protection across a wide variety of industrial electronics applications. These robust housings can be easily mounted to walls, bulkheads, machinery, or desks.

Designed for versatility, technoBOX features an attractive bevelled lid with a recessed surface suitable for a membrane keypad, front plate, or product label. The lid is secured using corrosion-resistant stainless steel captive screws, and the enclosure is sealed with a durable chloroprene (CR) O-ring gasket. Internally, threaded screw bosses in both the lid and base allow for the straightforward installation of PCBs, mounting plates, and terminal rails.

technoBOX is available in 10 standard sizes, ranging from 51 x 66 x 35 mm to 161 x 241 x 80 mm. Each unit is moulded from hard-wearing ABS (UL 94 HB), supplied in light grey (RAL 7035) as standard.

ROLEC also offers full customisation of technoBOX enclosures to suit specific project requirements. Services include CNC machining, bespoke colours, printed or engraved legends and logos, EMC shielding, special material options, and full assembly—ready for your electronics to be installed.
